Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Package Your Components

  Securely pack the sensors or modules in anti-static packaging and place them in a sturdy box along with a printed copy of your RMA form.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned hardware, we will process your refund or store credit within 3-5 business days.
